10-30-2025 | feeling: excited!
HIII ok so it's pretty early in the day and not much has happened yet buuuut my college is offering us a chance to travel to Japan aaaand...... I'M ABLE TO GO! it'll be in a little over a year but i'm so excited! i had no idea they had something like this at my college i'm so shocked lmao. but apparently they've done this before, earlier this year in fact! they have the itinerary posted on their application website, but i'm kind of hoping i can peel off for a bit and go to a thrift store lol. i know for sure that they're letting us go to Akihabara so maybe i'll be able to get some figurines there. maybe this is how i can get Jojolion merch finally. they even have a community service project that we'll be there to help with!
for now though, i'm going to try to start learning Japanese. i've been meaning to and this gives me the perfect chance. i've also never gone abroad before, so this will be my first time! i can't wait!!
in other happenings, i've been thinking a lot about the angels from Twin Peaks. laura's angel looking like donna... i wonder who or what my angel would look like. and laura palmer you are so so loved. like do you ever care about a character so much you wish you could walk up to them and tell them? that's how i feel like with laura. like i wish i could tell her how much she means to me and thousands of people out there in the world who are rooting for her. idk. i'm just attached to her character i guess lol
